Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at DATOS SUPPORT CONSULTING INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing contracts, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements.
  • Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the efficient operation of our daily activities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. They will be required to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
