Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Caper Hardware Deployment Ops team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing hardware to shipping and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient inventory control processes to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory personnel to ensure accurate and timely shipment preparation and recording.
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to resolve any issues related to inventory, shipping, or equipment maintenance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting systems to track inventory, shipping, and equipment maintenance activities.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of managing projects and day-to-day operations with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Key qualifications include:
- Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
