Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our operations and reduce costs.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet customer needs.
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant or café environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and flexibility.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
