North Bay Subaru is seeking a Financial Services Manager.

Position Overview

The Financial Services Manager plays a crucial role in guiding customers through vehicle financing options and insurance solutions, catering to both new and returning clients. This position involves a comprehensive presentation of both manufacturer-backed and aftermarket products, including extended warranties, along with a detailed overview of dealership and manufacturer service policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As a leader within the Sales team, the Financial Services Manager is responsible for training staff and disseminating information regarding financing programs and the advantages of extended service offerings. They will receive thorough training on all relevant processes and software, gaining insights into each department's functions and their contributions to enhancing customer relationships.

Financial Services Managers will acquire extensive product knowledge, both initially and throughout their career, ensuring they become experts in the field. Collaboration with team members and learning from experienced professionals is encouraged, with structured guidelines and expert coaching available for comprehensive management training.

Work Schedule

The work schedule consists of five shifts per week from Monday to Saturday, with a requirement to cover a late shift weekly. Qualifications

A Post Secondary Education is mandatory, and candidates should possess experience in finance and customer service.
