About the Role

Brock University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and program support to the Co-op Education team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our students and employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, employers, staff, and faculty via various communication channels.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate records in the internal database, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Generate regular reports and perform data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot database issues and provide technical support to users.
  • Coordinate logistics for programming and workshops, including room bookings, catering, and guest parking.
  • Prepare and submit invoices, expense forms, and other administrative documents.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in computer applications, office administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of reception and administrative support experience in a high-volume office, preferably in a university environment.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in work completed.
  • Knowledge of FIPPA and confidentiality requirements.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Orbis platform.
