Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Stikine Health Centre in Dease Lake, BC. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interprofessional team to deliver exceptional health services to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical follow-up and care to patients in accordance with their primary care plan and personal goals of care
  • Work collaboratively with the interprofessional team to provide competent, safe, and ethical care to patients and their families
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including clinical follow-up and patient education
  • Provide direct clinical care and services to individuals, groups, and communities
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
  • Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area, such as Emergency, Perinatal, or Operating Room
