Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Paul's Bakery Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and execute menus that showcase our bakery's expertise in pastry arts, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Staff Development: Provide training and coaching to pastry chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pastry chef role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, team leadership, and inventory management.
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
