Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Mr. Sub 980 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train new staff members on our procedures and protocols, including sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is properly managed.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
