At ManpowerGroup, we're committed to connecting human potential with the power of business. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving sales revenue growth and penetration within specific geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, prospect, and secure business opportunities
  • Create account sales plans and approaches with manager to achieve overall sales objectives
  • Build relationships with decision-makers to gain insights into customer needs and challenges
  • Conduct sales activities such as sales calls, face-to-face visits, and presentations to produce expected sales activity for revenue growth
  • Partner with recruiting teams to identify avenues for successful business and create synergy between sales and service delivery components
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about Experis, its programs, initiatives, technology, service offerings, and pricing strategy to effectively bring that knowledge to market

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in staffing, customer service, and/or sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Digital literacy: desktop (e.g., MS Word and Outlook) and social (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) applications
