Position Overview

The role of an Office Administration Clerk is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our business at Mission City Wireless. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support our daily functions.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This position is set within a retail and distribution context, requiring adaptability to a dynamic work setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compose and edit correspondence, forms, and various documents.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via telephone or electronic means.
  • Generate reports from both manual and electronic files, including inventories and databases.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail through manual or electronic methods.
  • Facilitate message sending and receiving.
  • Execute basic bookkeeping functions.
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits accurately.
  • Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and file materials in designated storage areas.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Locate and remove requested files efficiently.
  • Schedule and organize office tasks effectively.
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data accurately.
