Food Service Supervisor

At Edson Pizza Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and labor.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Client-focused and team-oriented.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
