Victoria Hospitals Foundation is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Fundraising Operations Officer. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a critical role in supporting the advancement of healthcare on Vancouver Island.

Victoria Hospitals Foundation works in partnership with Island Health to enable donations to support the delivery of exceptional patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with our fundraising team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve fundraising goals
* Provide exceptional donor engagement and stewardship to ensure a positive experience for our donors
* Work closely with our communications team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our fundraising initiatives
* Analyze and report on fundraising metrics to inform future strategies
