Job Title: Automotive Service Store Manager

At Midas, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our customers' vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair. We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Store Manager to lead and direct all service department activities of a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while listening and consulting with customers
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations, building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
  • Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting shop service specials
  • Lead, manage, and train a team while maintaining alignment with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
  • Supervise up to ten employees
  • Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, imported cars, and light trucks
  • Maintain inventory counts
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of store or service manager experience
  • Excellent automotive knowledge of shop tools and equipment
  • Excellent customer service disposition
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Team-building skills
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver's license

Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 per year

MIDAS locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
