About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at Comsense Holdings Ltd. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for creating custom cabinets and furniture pieces that meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate woodworking machines to cut, shape, and form parts and components
  • Prepare specifications for custom-made cabinets that maximize storage
  • Shape surfaces or edges of wood workpieces using hand tools
  • Study plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to design and plan projects
  • Trim joints and fit parts together to form complete units
  • Sand and finish wood surfaces to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling
