Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Excel Sanitation and Labor Services Limited. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license is required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, sitting, standing for extended periods, and walking.
- Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, excellent written communication, and values and ethics.
- Permanent work term.
- 35 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
