Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing and closing the day's business accurately and efficiently, preparing the hotel for the next day's operation, and ensuring the safety of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all guest encounters and respond appropriately to guest complaints.
  • Ensure the front desk, lobby, and guest entrance are well-maintained and presentable.
  • Process payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit and balance and process all credit card batches.
  • Complete daily auditing, balancing, and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in front desk, night audit, or in a hotel is an asset.
  • Advanced math and bookkeeping skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Tech-savvy.
