Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our Senior Associate, Equiton Capital, and play a key role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, accurate, and efficient support to the Senior Associate to drive strong sales results.
  • Gain a strong understanding of sales strategies and processes to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and schedule meetings and events for our sales team, including logistical details.
  • Prepare client-related documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain various databases, records, and monthly reports.
  • Liaise and maintain strong relationships with internal departments.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of financial service industry experience in a client-facing capacity.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
  • EMD/CSC certification is an asset.
  • Ability to develop sales skills, achieve results, and elevate to new roles within the department.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
