Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Representative to oversee a designated sales territory in Quebec. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own sales territory independently, from lead qualification to closing deals with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieve set revenue targets and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current accounts while actively seeking new customers through various lead generation strategies.
  • Build and enhance sales channels with partners, including distributors and manufacturer representatives.
  • Prepare and manage territory forecasts and sales reports effectively.
  • Participate in company trade shows and other strategic marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with inside sales representatives and application engineers to formulate sales strategies for key accounts.
  • Utilize corporate CRM systems to document and analyze customer data, driving new sales opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales skills and experience.
  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing setting, with exposure to industries such as automotive, food processing, stamping, or packaging.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory (a valid driver's license is required).
  • Prior knowledge of linear transducers, industrial sensors, feedback devices, and instrumentation is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, technical sales, presentation, report-writing, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), CRM systems, and web tools.
  • A diploma in Sales and Marketing, Electronics, Robotics, Process Control, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
