**The Role:**
We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team, who will be responsible for developing and implementing visual strategies that align with our clients' goals.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with our Creative Director and Art Director to understand client needs and develop compelling creative solutions.
* Contribute to the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative solutions.
* Work closely with junior designers, providing input and feedback to enhance the creative process.
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our design approach remains fresh and effective.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
* Flexibility to shift priorities in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
* Strong attention to detail, organized, and excellent communication skills.
* Solution-oriented, understanding when to work through problems and when to ask for help.
