About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Dispatcher to join our team at YEG Courier Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • Maintain work records and logs, including vehicle operator work records
  • Perform general office duties, such as scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on issues with work orders
  • Keep track of shipments and maintain a high level of attention to detail
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is physically demanding, with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced atmosphere.

Language and Work Term

The primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent.
