Deliver Exceptional Experiences

As a Delivery Specialist at Vail Resorts, you will be the face of our My Epic Gear and Epic Mountain Rentals Delivery services. Your role is to deliver ski and snowboard gear to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will work independently, efficiently, and effectively to fulfill reservations and maintain relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review reservation details and prepare orders for delivery
  • Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe driving standards
  • Act professionally and courteously while delivering gear and providing excellent customer service
  • Utilize technology to track the fulfillment process and gear
  • Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Be able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic
  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move large rolling racks of skis and snowboards safely
  • Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours and work outside in winter conditions
