Restaurant Manager

We are a leading fast-food chain dedicated to serving high-quality chicken products to our customers. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor sales and revenue to determine labor costs and make adjustments as needed.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Set schedules, monitor performance, and provide feedback to staff members.
- Recruit and select new staff members to join the team.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, such as promotions, marketing campaigns, and menu item introductions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
- Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-food environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
