Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES AND SALADS. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, package take-out food, and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
