Digital Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Technical Lead to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our Ecommerce platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of Ecommerce projects.
- Ecommerce Platform Development: Develop and maintain the Ecommerce platform, including the front and back office, to ensure seamless user experience and high performance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize Ecommerce project requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the Ecommerce platform meets the highest standards of quality, security, and performance, through regular testing and code reviews.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve Ecommerce development processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Ecommerce development, with a strong background in technical leadership.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Ecommerce platforms, Adobe Experience Cloud, PHP, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database technologies such as MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
