Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Supplement World. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and authorize return of merchandise.
- Merchandise: Order merchandise and sell merchandise.
- Administrative: Authorize payments by cheque and establish work schedules.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
