About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in promoting our University programs to prospective students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to raise awareness, increase brand profile, and drive student enrollment across a portfolio of programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive student enrollment.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of marketing automation strategies and data-driven decision-making frameworks to support the recruitment and retention of students.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display, and event-based marketing.
  • Manage a significant direct marketing budget, track campaign performance metrics, and share regular performance updates.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with key external partners and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably in the higher education industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies with significant budgets.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other related platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in client-facing roles and motivating internal teams.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
