Member Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Service Specialist to join our Sunwood Advice Centre team at Prospera Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, uncovering and supporting sales opportunities, and developing positive relationships with our members.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Engage with Customers: Establish rapport, address service inquiries, and seek opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
- Proactive Sales and Service: Demonstrate our value proposition, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to our members.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Refer customers to other team members and business partners as needed, ensuring a seamless and rewarding customer experience.
- Member Personal Banking Needs: Handle member personal banking needs through discovery conversations and opening new products such as personal and business profiles, term deposits, and other banking products and services.
- Exceptional Member Experience: Provide back-up support for other team members and ensure an exceptional member experience.
- Sales and Service Activity: Participate in sales meetings and maintain an accurate history of sales and service activity on the customer relationship management system.
- Community Initiatives: Support and participate in community initiatives that align with our values and mission.
