Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Chinese Christian Wing Kei Nursing Home Association.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Requirements:
  • Healthcare Aide Certificate.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Immunization records and tuberculosis test.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese language.
