Sales Support Coordinator - Best Buy Business

In the role of Sales Support Coordinator, you will assist account managers in ensuring the efficient delivery of products and services. Your responsibilities will include managing all orders, coordinating the fulfillment of products and services, tracking progress on open orders, and providing updates to account managers and clients, along with addressing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter new orders into internal systems Coordinate product sourcing and fulfillment for approved purchases Facilitate the submission of credit requests to the internal credit team, tracking and following up on pending submissions until completion Serve as a resource and point of contact for clients regarding their orders Address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring regular updates are provided to account managers and clients.Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in account administration for medium to large businesses, preferably in retail or B2B environments. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and other applications Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), along with excellent analytical and organizational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to work independently.Benefits:
