Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment

The position is based in a vibrant restaurant setting, where teamwork and efficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of meals and individual dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Oversee kitchen staff and assist in training new team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
Supervisory Role

This position may involve supervising general cooks and kitchen helpers.
