Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the University Hospital of Northern BC. As a Registered Nurse in Maternal Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and nursing practice activities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients and families
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Postgraduate courses (within last five years) appropriate to service assignment or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to promote safe, competent, patient care
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the health care team
