Job Title: Team Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our Home and Community Care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordination team, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and processing requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including scanning and data entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
