We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kosher Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at ABRISHAM HALAL MEAT & GROCERY. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to strict kosher dietary laws and regulations.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a high level of hygiene and organization.
- Kosher Cuisine: Prepare and cook kosher meals, adhering to strict dietary laws and regulations.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position, offering stability and security.
- English Language: The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
- Hours of Work: The working hours are 30 to 45 hours per week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
