Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Work Schedules: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain accurate records of employee hours, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, noisy, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and team player.
