Freight Forwarding Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Forwarding Project Coordinator to join our team at DSV. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing freight forwarding projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage freight forwarding projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Prepare and review documentation, including customs forms and shipping papers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- CIFFA certification or equivalent experience.
