Job Title: Head Chef

La Cucina is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Train and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet our quality standards and cater to customer preferences.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
