ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Oversee the receipt of all shipments and validate associated documentation.
  • Establish and maintain an effective tracking system for parts and backorders.
  • Accurately log and organize all stock orders or returns within the inventory management system.
  • Sort and allocate parts into designated bins, manage special orders, and dispose of authorized warranty returns.
  • Prepare all outgoing shipments efficiently.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a dedication to exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to meticulously review and complete necessary documentation.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Forklift operation experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with a capacity to learn new software quickly.
