Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Colwin Electrical Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Advise managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements to ensure compliance and effective management.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to support fair compensation and career development.
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to drive growth and improvement.
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices to recommend changes that enhance the well-being of our employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform HR decisions and support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources software and information technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
