About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team at GMBC GROUP INC. as a key member of our design and construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design buildings and develop plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs, and construction schedules.
  • Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Consult with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered.
  • Generate building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons.
  • Supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications, and other construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses of building projects.
  • Estimate costs and prepare proposals for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients with a focus on design, construction time, price, or others.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and tender administration.
  • Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
