Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising. You will also analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make recommendations for optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across all platforms
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Create engaging content for social media, the company website, and individual dealer websites
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels
  • Compose compelling blog posts for dealer websites
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and market trends
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience for a brand or company
  • Excellent written communication skills, specifically related to blog writing and social captions
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Experience growing following and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience managing multiple brands or voices
  • Google and Facebook Ads experience preferred, but not required
  • Automotive experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with email marketing preferred, but not required
