Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and that our facilities are maintained in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
  • Assistance with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees
  • Support for social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
  • Recruitment of newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Support for foreign credential recognition and mentorship programs
