Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee our inventory management processes. This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to prioritize inventory tasks.
  • Organize workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the logistical operations within the organization.
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on inventory status.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide technical guidance.
  • Train staff on policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor safety conditions and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct or supervise various operational programs.
  • Analyze data to prepare insightful reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and identify client needs.
