Procurement Specialist

Aerosports Trampoline Park is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement and Purchasing: Perform routine clerical duties, calculate costs of orders, and prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks, and prepare inventory costs, retail pricing, and profit reports.
- Supplier Management: Obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers, and resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare purchase orders, review requisition orders for accuracy, and verify stock availability from current inventories.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
