Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Progressive Auto Sales (Sarnia) Inc. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance services and advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in automotive technology
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
Work Environment

As an Automotive Technician at Progressive Auto Sales (Sarnia) Inc., you will work in a fast-paced service environment, standing for extended periods and using steel-toed safety boots. You will be required to maintain attention to detail and work efficiently to meet customer demands.
