- Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
- Restock condiments and supplies at serving areas.
- Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items manually.
- Package food for take-out orders.
- Portion and wrap food items appropriately.
- Prepare and finish simple food items as required.
- Organize and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently.
- Utilize kitchen appliances for food preparation and cleaning.
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized, including work surfaces and equipment.
- Receive and store supplies in appropriate areas.
- Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
