Position Overview

As a Guest Services Supervisor at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency within our hospitality environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
Work Environment

This position is situated in a rural setting, specifically within a hotel, motel, or resort atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance.
  • Provide assistance to clients and guests with specific needs to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of team members to ensure high standards of service.
  • Oversee the operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging for necessary repairs to maintain service continuity.
  • Manage inventory by requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
