Senior Project Manager

Zehr Group, a leading real estate development and construction company, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee major construction and renovation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to established standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement risk management plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintain effective relationships with clients, trades, and consultants.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to review progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project site safety and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
- Proven working experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status and progress.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with project management software tools, such as MS Project.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Teams.
