Product Operations Manager

In the role of Product Operations Manager, you will oversee the seamless transition of products throughout their entire life cycle. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members and providing constructive feedback to ensure that products reach customers efficiently. You will also spearhead visual merchandising initiatives, analyze sales trends, and cultivate a positive store environment that encourages employee engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct initiatives that align with strategic goals and improve product flow systems
  • Oversee direct-to-consumer processes, visual merchandising, and markdown strategies
  • Prioritize customer needs in all decision-making processes
  • Advocate for technological solutions that enhance customer experiences
  • Deliver feedback and mentorship to promote operational excellence
  • Engage in recruitment and training efforts to develop high-performing teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement adaptable solutions
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operational roles
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding employee and customer experiences
  • Proven ability to lead and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Strong business insight and decision-making capabilities
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Physically able to lift and move products
  • Bilingual proficiency (French/English) is required in Québec
