Job Title: Field Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Manager to join our team at State Window Corporation. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of our products on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee on-site elements and functions related to product design, manufacture, delivery, and installation.
  • Manage multiple large and complex projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering Team, Installers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Operations Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Field Management experience.
  • Project Management Professional Certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
