About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the Outpatient Programs department at BC Children's and Women's Hospital & Health Centre. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to address a range of mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC).
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a mental health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
